Refund policy

If the OSB Vintage product you receive is not what you expected or as expected, contact us at this email shop@osbvintage.es, through which our customer service team will inform you and advise you to solve it as soon as possible.

All items must be returned within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the delivery date and in the same condition in which they were delivered. In this case, a financial refund of the amount of the items will be made, excluding shipping costs.
