Maria Adélaïde Giuseppa Nielli, known as Nina Ricci (Turin, January 14, 1883 – Paris, November 29, 1970), was a French fashion designer and couturier of Italian origin. Her brand, promoted by her son Robert Ricci , was one of the most famous in haute couture of its time. The brand exclusively developed a high-level treatment with a 22-karat triple-coated finish that guarantees color consistency across all its pieces.
