Returns & Exchanges

If the OSB Vintage product you receive is not what you expected or as expected, contact us at this email shop@osbvintage.es through which our customer service team will inform you and advise you to solve it as soon as possible.

All items must be returned within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the delivery date and in the same condition in which they were delivered. In this case, a financial refund of the amount of the items will be made, excluding shipping costs.


Shipping costs

All orders are prepared within 24 business hours of the order confirmation date. This preparation time may vary depending on the high season or holidays. Custom jewelry has a specific preparation time, which is indicated during the purchasing process. You can choose the type of shipping when placing your order (express, standard or economical at the collection point).

From €200 shipping costs are free. Materials and product quality Our items have been selected for you with the utmost care. All pieces are original from the 80s and 90s, first-hand (without previous use).

The materials are of high quality and the manufacturing is European (France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom) and American (USA and Canada).
